§ 100250 Department Laboratory Requirements

The department shall maintain a laboratory and branch laboratories as may be necessary to perform the microbiological, physical and chemical analyses required to meet the responsibilities of the department. (Added by Stats. 1995, Ch. 415, Sec. 3. Effective January 1, 1996.)
