§ 56847 Reorganization Committee Report Requirements

Upon completion of the study of a reorganization committee, the committee shall prepare and submit to the commission a report and recommendation containing all of the following: (a) A brief summary of the nature and extent of the study of the committee. (b) A full and complete description of the plan of reorganization and any alternative plans of reorganization which were studied by the committee. (c) The recommendation of the committee for the approval or disapproval of all or any part of the plan of reorganization and of any alternative plans of reorganization. (Repealed and added by Stats. 2000, Ch. 761, Sec. 186. Effective January 1, 2001.)
