§ 56833 Reorganization Committee Formation Rules

Any resolution adopted by the commission ordering a proposal of reorganization referred to a reorganization committee shall do all of the following: (a) Describe the proposed reorganization and designate the subject districts (the description and designation may be by reference to the proposal). (b) Specify the maximum number of members, not to exceed three, to represent each subject district on the committee. (c) Fix a time and place for the first meeting of the reorganization committee. (d) Designate a date, not less than 60 days from the date of the first meeting of the committee, for the completion and submission to the commission of the report and recommendation of the committee. (Repealed and added by Stats. 2000, Ch. 761, Sec. 146. Effective January 1, 2001.)
