§ 54127 Incorporated Local Agency Rules

The provisions of Sections 54096 to 54102, inclusive, 54104 to 54107, inclusive, and 54111 to 54116, inclusive, are incorporated herein and made a part hereof as if fully set forth herein. The terms “board” and “local agency” in the provisions so incorporated shall mean the board and a local agency as defined in this article. The Department of General Services succeeds to the functions and duties of the Division of Architecture of the Department of Public Works under Section 54115 of this section.
