§ 37356 Alley Passageway Permits

A store owner wants to build a bridge over an alley to connect their two shops on either side.

The city can say yes, but the bridge can't block cars or people walking in the alley. The city can also make rules, like only letting customers use the bridge during store hours. If the bridge causes problems, the city can make the owner remove it.
