§ 29842 County Auditor Claim Registration

The county auditor shall number and date the registered claim or order and shall transmit a notice to the payee that the claim or order has been registered for want of funds and shall bear interest at the rate of 5 percent per annum until paid. (Added by Stats. 1990, Ch. 294, Sec. 2.)
