§ 26604 Sheriff'S Power To Summon Aid

The sheriff shall command the aid of as many inhabitants of the sheriff’s county as he or she thinks necessary in the execution of his or her duties. (Amended by Stats. 1996, Ch. 120, Sec. 1. Effective January 1, 1997.)
