§ 23271 County Territory Transfer Ballots

Ballots at the election shall contain the words “For the transfer of (description of territory) to (name of county accepting transferred territory) Yes,” and “For the transfer of (description of territory) to (name of county accepting transferred territory) No.” Each voter shall stamp a cross (+) opposite the words “Yes,” or “No.” (Added by Stats. 1974, Ch. 1393.)
