§ 20482 Partial Local System Continuation

Subject to the approval of the board as in the case of all other employees, the contracting agency may elect to continue the local system and to place under this system only a portion of the members of the local system. (Added by Stats. 1995, Ch. 379, Sec. 2. Effective January 1, 1996.)
