§ 15560 Agency Organizational Authority

• •The boss of the agency can organize their team however they want, but the Governor has to say it's okay.
• •The boss can ask other departments to help enforce the rules, unless another law says they can't.

Imagine the boss of a school wants to change how the teachers and staff are organized to make things run smoother.

The boss can do this, but they need the principal (Governor) to agree. They can also ask the janitors or lunch staff to help with school rules if needed.
