§ 12852 Agency Organizational Review Requirements

For the purpose of administration, the secretary of each agency shall review the organization of the agency and report to the Governor on such changes as he deems necessary properly to segregate and conduct the work of the agency. (Amended by Stats. 1969, Ch. 138.)
