§ 14104 Department Employment And Purchases

The department may employ such assistance as may be necessary for the proper discharge of its duties, and may purchase or rent any necessary supplies, instruments, tools, equipment, and conveniences. (Amended by Stats. 1955, Ch. 1409.)
