§ 12963 Complaint Investigation Requirements

Key Takeaways

  • •If someone complains about unfair treatment at work, the government will check it out quickly.
  • •The complaint must have enough details to show a possible rule was broken.
  • •The government has to look into it fast after the complaint is made.

Example
