§ 12074 Legislative Commission Leadership

The President pro Tempore of the Senate shall be chairman of the commission and the Speaker of the Assembly shall be vice chairman. The commission shall meet at the times and places designated by the chairman, and, in his absence, the times and places designated by the vice chairman. (Added by Stats. 1966, 1st Ex. Sess., Ch. 162.)
