§ 22711 License Surrender Procedure

Any licensee may surrender any license by delivering to the commissioner written notice that the licensee surrenders that license. Surrender of the license does not affect the licensee’s civil or criminal liability for acts committed prior to surrender of the license. (Added by Stats. 1994, Ch. 1115, Sec. 2. Effective January 1, 1995. Operative July 1, 1995, by Sec. 5 of Ch. 1115.)
