§ 18504 Guaranty Corporation Appeal Process

• •If a company is unhappy with a decision made by the Guaranty Corporation, they can ask the commissioner to look at it again.
• •The company has to ask for this review within 30 days of the decision.
• •This rule is for companies that are part of the Guaranty Corporation.

A small loan company applies to join the Guaranty Corporation, but their application is denied.
