§ 4008 Trapping License Renewal Requirements

No trapping license shall be issued to any applicant within one year following the expiration of any trapping license previously issued to such applicant unless the applicant has submitted to the department a sworn statement showing the number of each kind of fur-bearing mammals and nongame mammals taken under the previous license. (Amended by Stats. 2019, Ch. 216, Sec. 9. (AB 273) Effective January 1, 2020.)
