§ 10901 Hopkins Marine Life Refuge

That portion of District 16 consisting of the land and ocean waters within the following boundaries constitutes a marine life refuge and shall be designated the Hopkins Marine Life Refuge: Beginning at the point of intersection of the southeasterly corporate limit line of the City of Pacific Grove prolongated, and the line of highest tide of the Bay of Monterey; thence northwesterly along said line of highest tide to the intersection with the northerly extension of the west side of Third Street in said city; thence northerly to a point in said bay where the depth of water is 60 feet measured from the level of mean low tide; thence southeasterly along the line in said bay which line is at a constant depth of 60 feet measured from the level of mean low tide to the intersection with the southeasterly corporate limit line of said city prolongated; thence S. 58° 57´ 45″ W. along said southeasterly corporate limit line prolongated to the point of beginning.
