§ 76361 Wool Reporting Requirements

Key Takeaways

  • •You must give the commission any reports or records they ask for.
  • •You can't lie or give fake info in those reports.
  • •If you work with wool, you must tell the commission who you got it from and how much.
  • •You can't hide, destroy, or change records the commission wants to see.

Example

A wool seller gets wool from farmers but doesn't tell the commission who the farmers are or how much wool he bought.

This is breaking the law because the seller must share this info with the commission when asked.
