§ 65565 Producer Voting Eligibility List

Subsequent to the first election after the effective date of this chapter, the commission shall compile and maintain a list of qualified producers and shall, at least 30 days prior to the date set for any meeting for nomination to office of commissioner, certify such list, to the director, and such list shall constitute the list of producers qualified to vote in any such election.
