§ 61341 Regulatory Enforcement Authority

The director may adopt regulations for the proper administration and enforcement of the provisions of this chapter. Any violation of any such regulation is subject to the remedies, procedures, and penalties which are provided in Article 10 (commencing with Section 61571) of this chapter.
