§ 59161 Marketing Order Rules

Upon recommendation of the advisory board which is concerned, the director may, without prior notice and hearing, establish administrative rules and regulations for each marketing order or marketing agreement which is issued and made effective as may be necessary to facilitate the administration and enforcement of each such order or agreement. (Enacted by Stats. 1967, Ch. 15.)
