§ 6065 Filling Board Vacancies

In the event of a vacancy in the board of directors either by resignation, death, or otherwise, the vacancy shall be filled by appointment by the board of supervisors and the person so appointed shall hold office for the remainder of the term of his or her predecessor. (Added by Stats. 1982, Ch. 191, Sec. 2. Effective May 3, 1982.)
