§ 601 Property Acquisition Authority

The department may, with the approval of the Department of General Services, purchase or otherwise acquire real property. It may construct and equip buildings upon the property and make improvements to the property, buildings, and equipment. (Added by renumbering Section 602 by Stats. 2022, Ch. 198, Sec. 3. (SB 1499) Effective January 1, 2023.)
