§ 58578 Project Agreement Approval

Key Takeaways

  • •Big projects need approval from the Director of General Services.
  • •The director has 15 work days to say yes or no.
  • •Some projects don’t need this approval (check Section 10351 for exceptions).

Example

A city wants to build a new park.

They have to send the plan to the Director of General Services. The director has 15 work days to decide if it’s okay or not. If it’s a small project, maybe they don’t need to ask at all.
