§ 57221 Dairy Exchange Licensing Penalty

Any person that operates a dairy produce exchange without a license is guilty of a misdemeanor and shall also pay to the state one hundred dollars ($100) for each and every day of such operation. Any money which is due the state pursuant to this section shall be recovered by an action at law brought by the Attorney General in the name of the people. (Enacted by Stats. 1967, Ch. 15.)
