§ 5422 Pest Infestation Notice Service

The notice may be served upon the record owner or person having charge or possession of the premises, plant, conveyance, or thing infected or infested with the pest or upon the agent of either, in the same manner as a summons in a civil action if such persons can be found within the county. (Enacted by Stats. 1967, Ch. 15.)
