§ 54149 Board Officer Election Rules

• •The board must pick a president, vice president(s), secretary, and treasurer. They can also add other jobs if their rules say so.

• •The treasurer can be a bank instead of a person. If it's a bank, the secretary does the money tracking, but the board decides where to keep the money.
