§ 53563 Nursery Stock Destruction Order

If the owner fails to comply with the order of the court within the time specified in the order, the court may order that such nursery stock be forthwith destroyed or the nuisance otherwise abated as set forth in such order. (Enacted by Stats. 1967, Ch. 15.)
