§ 52865 Cotton District Definition

“District” means the “San Joaquin Valley Quality Cotton District” which is comprised of all the counties in the San Joaquin Valley where cotton is produced. (Amended by Stats. 1990, Ch. 730, Sec. 5. Conditionally inoperative on January 1, 2014, as prescribed in Section 52991.)
