§ 47050 Farm Stand Sales Rules

• •Farm stands can sell fruits, veggies, and other stuff made by the farmer who owns the stand.
• •They can also sell snacks, bottled water, or soda, but only if they come from a safe place.
• •Everything sold at the stand must fit the rules of this law.

A farmer sets up a small stand by the road to sell apples from their orchard and also wants to sell bags of chips and soda.

The farmer can sell their apples and the chips and soda, but the chips and soda must be from a safe, approved place. The farmer can't sell anything that doesn't follow the rules of this law.
