§ 41732 Garlic Onion Violation Enforcement

The secretary may cause the prosecution of any person violating any provision of this chapter, and may seize and hold a portion of any lot or load of garlic or onions for dehydration purposes involved in a violation, that may in the secretary’s judgment be necessary as evidence. (Amended by Stats. 1998, Ch. 674, Sec. 5. Effective January 1, 1999.)
