§ 14653 Seizure Of Fertilizing Material

The secretary may seize and hold any lot of fertilizing material which he or she has reasonable cause to believe is in violation of this chapter or the regulations adopted pursuant to this chapter. (Amended by Stats. 2005, Ch. 490, Sec. 28. Effective January 1, 2006.)
