§ 39715 Modified Uht Dairy Labeling

UHT milk or UHT cream which has been altered in composition to conform to special nutritional requirements or special dietary purposes shall include “modified” in its name. If the alteration is due to the use of additives, the additives shall be approved by the director and shall be stated on the label. (Added by Stats. 1987, Ch. 646, Sec. 17. Effective September 15, 1987.)
