§ 35252 Butter Fee Reporting Requirements

The director shall, at least once each month, report to the State Controller the total amount of any money which is collected for fees under Sections 35227 and 35228. He shall, at the same time, pay into the State Treasury the entire amount of such receipts which shall be credited to the Department of Agriculture Fund and expended in carrying out the provisions of this division relating to butter. (Enacted by Stats. 1967, Ch. 15.)
