§ 35193 Public Health Record Inspection

All records which are required to be kept by Sections 35191 and 35192 shall, at all times during business hours, be open to the inspection of the director, any officer of any city or county board of health, and any peace officer of any city or county of the state. A failure to keep any of the records which are required to be kept or a failure to permit any authorized inspection of such records is a misdemeanor. (Enacted by Stats. 1967, Ch. 15.)
