§ 34801 Milk Transport Sanitation Rules

Every carrier of milk, cream, or any product of milk, whether a producer, gratuitous private carrier, private carrier for hire, or common carrier, shall maintain every conveyance which it uses in transporting milk and cream in a clean and sanitary condition. (Enacted by Stats. 1967, Ch. 15.)
