§ 33732 Milk Plant Construction Standards

Key Takeaways

  • •New milk plants must have separate rooms for different jobs, like receiving milk, cleaning bottles, and storing cold milk.
  • •Each special task (like testing milk or running machines) needs its own space to keep things clean and safe.
  • •Even bathrooms and storage for workers' stuff must be in their own separate areas.

Example

A new milk factory is being built.

The factory must have a special room just for washing milk bottles, another room just for testing the milk, and even a separate room for the workers' bathrooms. This keeps everything clean and safe.
