§ 29072 Bee Pest Transport Restrictions

No person shall move or transport any bees, comb, appliances, or colonies within the state that contain pests, except for abatement pursuant to this chapter or for research pursuant to Section 29074. (Amended by Stats. 2022, Ch. 683, Sec. 9. (AB 719) Effective January 1, 2023.)
