§ 25062 Procedural Rules For Hearings

Any proceedings under Section 25061 shall be conducted in accordance with Chapter 5 (commencing with Section 11500), Part 1, Division 3 of Title 2 of the Government Code. The director shall have all the powers which are granted in that chapter. (Enacted by Stats. 1967, Ch. 15.)
