§ 11512 Director Hearing Procedures

Except as provided in Section 11512.5, the proceedings for all hearings conducted by the director pursuant to this division shall be conducted in accordance with Chapter 5 (commencing with Section 11500) of Part 1 of Division 3 of Title 2 of the Government Code. The director shall have all of the powers which are granted in that chapter. (Amended by Stats. 1987, Ch. 547, Sec. 1.)
