§ 25061 License Suspension And Revocation

The director may, after hearing, refuse to issue a license or renew a license and he may suspend or revoke any license for any violation of, or failure to comply with, any provision of this chapter or the regulations which are adopted pursuant to it. The director may suspend temporarily, pending hearing, any license for any willful or deliberate violation. (Enacted by Stats. 1967, Ch. 15.)
