§ 19432 Fee Payment And Penalties

Any fee, charge, or assessment payable under the provisions of this chapter and regulations promulgated pursuant to it, shall constitute a debt of the person owing such fee, charge or assessment and shall be payable to the director on the date provided by the director. If such person does not pay the charge or assessment on the date specified, the director shall add to such unpaid fee, charge or assessment an amount not exceeding 25 percent of such unpaid charge, fee, or assessment.
