§ 19321 License Application Requirements

The application for a license shall be in a form which is prescribed by the director and shall contain the following: (a) The name and address of the applicant. (b) All vehicles that are to be registered pursuant to Section 19354. (c) Such other information as the director may by regulation require. (Added by Stats. 1969, Ch. 815.)
