§ 104 Department Staff Appointments

The secretary may appoint and in accordance with law fix the salaries of such assistants, deputies, agents, experts, and other employees as are necessary for the administration of the department. (Amended by Stats. 1993, Ch. 42, Sec. 5. Effective January 1, 1994.)
