§ 10322 Department Inspection Authority

To carry out the provisions of this chapter, any duly authorized representative of the department or of the United States Department of Agriculture, may enter upon any premises except dwelling houses. No person shall interfere with the representative while he is enforcing the provisions of this chapter. (Enacted by Stats. 1967, Ch. 15.)
