§ 9209 Signature Solicitor Declaration

Each section shall have attached thereto the declaration of the person soliciting the signatures. This declaration shall be substantially in the same form as set forth in Section 9022. (Amended by Stats. 2013, Ch. 278, Sec. 20. (SB 213) Effective January 1, 2014.)
