§ 6543 Presidential Primary Delegate Certification

Imagine it's almost time for the presidential primary election.

The Secretary of State has to send a letter to every county, saying how many people the American Independent Party can send to represent them at the big election meeting. They have to do this really early, like 110 days before the election, so everyone has time to prepare.
