§ 2213 Voter Registration Cancellation Lawsuit

• •Anyone can ask a court to remove someone’s voter registration if it was done illegally or if something happened later that means they shouldn’t be registered anymore.
• •If the person whose registration is being challenged isn’t part of the case, the court can add them to it.
• •The county elections official and others involved can be included in the same case.

Someone finds out their neighbor voted in two different states in the same election.
