§ 2206 Death Records Voter Removal

The Secretary of State shall adopt regulations to facilitate the availability of death statistics from the State Department of Health Services. The data shall be used by the Secretary of State or county elections officials in canceling the affidavit of registration of deceased persons. (Amended by Stats. 2015, Ch. 728, Sec. 60.
